IF

Ok.. I'm going to tell you about IF. IF is not just a word for what could happen, and its not just a capitalization error (stole that little bit from a friend) IF is a family. Its the first place since the entire time that I've been in high school where I actually feel like I belong. Its loud, its crazy, its tons of singing and dancing, its music going almost nonstop. It place where I can really be myself, and not get judged (at least not too much.. Haha :P) for it. Its a group of people who are nothing less than themselves, and nothing less than amazing. I've only been a part of it since August 28th (first day of school) and they already are making this year better than any other. They've become my family.
Tonight was the 3rd performance of Sleepy Hollow, and we also had our cast party tonight. I have so many new and amazing memories (and photos...) from tonight. I think that tonight will be a night that I will always look back on and smile. There were so many weird, silly things going on. Singing, dancing (sometimes with no music), situations that looked like something they weren't. The cast party was fantastically fun, and there was more singing, there were tons of pictures being taken, there was food, and loudness, and a foam football, and best of all (and this will sound corny, but bear with me) new memories being made, friendships being made stronger, and lots of laughter.
Its just who we are. We are IF.

Craziness...

So far this year...

My brother got married.
I started my senior year.
I am taking College Prep English, which means I can get college credit for English 101 (or it goes as 3 elective credits if I don't need to take 101).
I have a 3.0 gpa.
I have been given the job Vice President of Public Relations for my school's chapter of FCCLA (Just found out this morning).
I am doing costumes for the school productions, the first one being The Legend of Sleepy Hollow (I am doing 5 costumes, plus help on some of the others).

 

 

I will be competing at the district theatre competitions with my new friend Natalie, and we'll be taking 3 costumes from this play (November 10th).
I have taken my senior pictures (some of which have turned out rather wonderfully) (and Amanda will probably like one of me and my mom's favorite ones).
I'll be volunteering at the Buddy Walk on Saturday.
Oh, and don't let me forget, I'll be turning 18 in November!

And that's just everything from August to a couple things in November..

Maybe later this month I'll actually write something interesting and thought provoking on here! You never know. :P

Decisions

Wow.. I haven't posted in a long time... I've been busy though, sooo.... Well, its summer.. And I'm going to be a senior when summer's up, which means I have to make some important decisions this year, for example, will I be going to college? If so, where do I want to apply? And from there, once I've recieved acceptance letters, where am I going to go? Where am I going to go? Where will I live? Where will I work? And thats just the start of it all... It's going to be a year of big decisions...

You... You... You really maybe shouldn't have said that...

I can't believe you would say that... I was fine with what you did, but you could have been more honest with why you did it.. I'm not gonna put your name here, because I'm not that girl, but after what you said to my best friend about me, and this situation you created, and the fact that you weren't honest with me, the fact that you led me on after all that.. Most girls would.. Most girls would not only put your name, they would air ALL of their dirty laundry about you... They would put every bit of the conversation on here... They would trash you, and tear you up for people on here... They would call you all the names that I don't have the willingness or awfulness to call you... I'm just gonna let Taylor Swift tell you how I feel until I finish my own song.. Then it'll be here for you.. You'll see what I really think.. I'll let my mind tell my soul to tell my heart what to say.. Just like you told me to last week..

It wasn't love, but ignore that little bit and you still get my point.
